Workshop "Inland Fish" - we were there!

In February 2020 the workshop inland fish of the companies Distler Gastro and the fish farm Hermann Rameil took place.

Together with customers of the kitchen supplier from the gastronomy and communal catering sector and three top chefs, a delicious 4-course menu was conjured up. We were also part of the party with our table vacuum chamber machines. Thanks to our vacuum tabletop machine, the freshly prepared honey-mustard marinade was absorbed into the char filet in just a few minutes, which was then used to garnish the hearty porridge. A successful course in a delicious menu and a successful event.
